We are looking for an individual who is motivated by results and teamwork for the position of Sales Representative at Shapeshift 3D. In this role, you will sell state-of-the-art software to innovative manufacturers in the medical, sports and protection industries.

 

As a Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the world of mass customization in order to develop effective, market-driven presentations and sales strategies to propel Shapeshift 3D’s growth.

 

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying potential customers and partners, mastering products and services to make compelling presentations, and improving and adjusting sales processes based on the results.

 

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, the R&D and integration departments, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales experience for customers.

Task & Responsibilities

The selected person will:

  • Identify and qualify promising customers and partners

  • Set up and optimize sales and communication channels

  • Refer qualified opportunities to the next steps in the sales process

  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with clients

  • Have a good technical knowledge of the software and products to sell them effectively

  • Improve current sales processes and pitches

Requirements

  • Background in sales, marketing, engineering, or equivalent field

  • Fluent in written and spoken French & English

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Innate sense of organization and time management

  • Demonstrated proactivity, efficiency and adaptability

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player

  • Interest in innovative tech (asset)

  • Knowledge of HubSpot & advertising platforms of Facebook, Google and LinkedIn (asset)

  • Familiar with the field of 3D printing and software solutions (asset)
