Located in Montreal, Shapeshift 3D specializes in the development of software solutions to digitize and automate the customization of high-performance medical and sports protective equipment.
We are growing and looking for a new team member and who wants to grow with us! Our future Application Specialist will act as a customer advisor to adapt the development of our Shapeshift 3D software to their needs, improve the experience and facilitate the integration of future products.
Essentially, you will learn to master the libraries and algorithms used and developed by Shapeshift 3D to build workflows for 3D product customization.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will be:

Provide technical expertise to ensure the seamless integration of the customer's product into our software.

Prototype algorithms and select the appropriate solutions to meet the constraints and expected results of the client.

Provide ongoing support and operational assistance after implementation of the product.
​

With the software development team, help users determine and implement the necessary software improvements.
​

Actively collaborate with developers and sales team to align software development with customer needs and ensure business objectives are met.

Prepare data sheets, training materials and documentation for the end-user.
